Booking Confirmation – The Admin will contact the guest based on the provided information to confirm the transportation booking and collect payment. The booking is successfully confirmed once the Admin verifies the payment from the guest.

For Value-Added Tax (VAT) invoice requests, please provide the necessary information to the Admin at least one day before departure or, at the latest, at the time of departure.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations 24+ Hours Before Departure – The amount paid will be kept as credit for your next booking.

Cancellations Less Than 24 Hours Before Departure – No refunds or rescheduling will be provided.
